Paxtradings: How does the House Coupon Token token (HCT) function within your platform and why is it needed?
Lin: NAREIG is a real estate brokerage company that specializes in international transactions. A lot of companies issue coupons, but most of them are wasted or thrown away. The people who own coupons cannot sell to other people easily, at the same time, the people who need the coupon cannot get it. With HCT, the real estate buyers can easily purchase the coupon token. HCT has a relatively stable value and can be quickly liquidated in the market. Through HCT, NAREIG can get more clients, the buyers can save thousands of dollars during purchase, it is a win-win solution.

Lin: HCT is based on an established platform instead of a future platform. NAREIG already has five years of experience in real estate transactions and helping international buyers. However, since HCT has REAL value and the buyer can always redeem HCT with NAREIG, the downside of HCT is relatively low. HCT has more volatility compared to Tether, but low volatility compared with other cryptocurrencies. It can be used as another hedge against the crypto market just like Tether.
